HOW DOES IT WORK?!

First of all, you will NEVER get bored during this program because every day brings a new workout! Just as if you were working out with Joel in person, he builds and adapts the workouts as the program goes along so that your muscles and your mind are always doing new things... which means you're always getting new results!


You're going to achieve great results through giving it your all only 4 days a week! 



The LIIFT4 program is divided into two different parts: the first 6 weeks are designed to really tone up your muscles, and the last two weeks will torch calories and burn fat so that you are looking and feeling lean and shredded by the end of the 8 weeks! 
The only equipment you'll need is a set of light, medium, and heavy weights or a set of resistance bands! 
 WHO IS IT RIGHT FOR?!
This program is going to be perfect for anyone who is looking to take their results to the next level! If you're wanting to torch some extra body fat that's been hanging around and have a moderate fitness base, you'll love this program! 
While this is an intermediate program, there will be a modifier for those who may be at a more beginner level.
